Dark Horse Wines Review

Dark Horse Wines thrive on an excellent concept.  They feel that great wine does not need to cost a fortune.  I have had a number of great wines that do not have to be super pricey.  Dark Horse Wines are premium tasting wines, but don't cost a big premium price.  That's always wonderful!  Dark Horse Wines has come out with some wonderful wine varieties that I am excited to introduce you to.

Dark Horse 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a very bold and rich tasting red.  It is a dry red wine, but also very smooth.  It is said to have hints of flavor like blackberry and coffee.  It was aged in oak.  This bottle is made to taste like a high priced bottle of wine.  It is very impressive, but the price is only about $7.99.   

Dark Horse 2011 Chardonnay

This is a great crisp wine for Spring and Summertime.  It is a dry white wine.  It is said to have hints of apple and peach.  The wine contains Chardonnay and Voignier grapes  This wine is a smooth white that is easy to drink.  It is a great wine that is versatile and goes with so many different foods too.  This bottle also retails for about $7.99.

Dark Horse Big Rend Blend

This wine is a really neat variety.  They have taken some amazing grapes and blended them to create an amazing Red Blend.  It is a dry red that goes with so many food dishes too!  This unique wine contains Malbec, Syrah, Merlot, and Tempranillo.  They variety of grapes in this wine come from Australia, Argentina , and California.  The result is a rich red that is amazing!  This wine also retails for about $7.99.

I take brushing and taking care of our teeth very serious.  My son used to not like going to the dentist at all when he was little.  He puts up no fuss about going now that he is 8.  I have been able to explain to him at this age the importance of going to the dentist and taking care of his teeth.  I also have a 6 year old, but she has always been really easy going about going to the dentist.  We are always trying to come up with great fun ideas that make brushing better!  My kids like to use things like sand timers when they brush too!

K'NEX Super Mario Bros. Wii Mystery Figure Bags Review

We are big K'NEX fans in our house.  We have a number of playsets.  My kids love them.  They are also obsessed with anything Super Mario Bros. related.  How about your kids?  Do they love Mario Bros.?  K'NEX now offers Mystery Figure Bags.  I want to introduce you to these.  They are great for children that love to collect things.  They are great for Mario Bros. Build-A-Bear SpongeBob SquarePants Review and Giveaway 6/12

Do your kids love SpongeBob?  Mine definitely do.  How about Build-A-Bear?  Mine love Build-A-Bear too!  I was so excited when I found out that Build-A-Bear is now offering SpongeBob characters too!  These are so much fun!  They are available online and in store as of the 17th of May.  They are offering great SpongeBob characters that you and your child will love.  Who is your favorite SpongeBob character?  Mine is a toss up between SpongeBob and Patrick!  Yes, I said mine!  I am a big SpongeBob fan along with my kids.  

My kids received a soft plush SpongeBob from Build-A-Bear.  He is so adorable and so much fun.  My daughter insists that he comes with us all over.  He even has to ride in the car.  SpongeBob is made of soft quality materials.  We have a few other cuddly Build-A-Bear friends around our house and they hold up very well.  We have actually had them for years because they are made so well.  The 18 inch SpongeBob and Patrick retail for $23.  They have some other fun varieties of SpongeBob and Patrick available too.  They have a pirate themed SpongeBob and Patrick.  These are really fun!  The pirate themed ones retail for about $36.

I have a 6 year old and she loves playing with her brother's toys.  I will say that she loves playing with building toys just as much as any boy does.  I think that's common.  It is so nice to see that many toy companies are now creating toys like this, but tweaking them for girls.  This is such a wonderful idea.  I would like to introduce you to TINKERTOY's Pink Building Set by K'NEX.  This is perfect for the little girl that loves to build and create, but still wants to play with something a little girly.  This is such a fun idea.

This building set comes with everything your little girl will need to create a variety of things.  She can use her imagination to create absolutely anything she wants.  She can use the building guide to create a cat, castle, or flower.  The pieces were very easy for my daughter to put together.  We opened the set and she figured out how the TINKERTOYS work immediately.  She is having a blast with this set.  It is a great way for her to use her thinking skills to create new things!

Little Lavender - Remember Nguyen #Giveaway 6/5

I love great clothes for myself and my kids.  I came across a really neat online boutique and was truly impressed with the cute clothing options they offer.  This is a unique online shop that sells consignment clothes.  They offer high end clothing, but it's a fraction of what you would normally pay retail.  I also love a great deal, so this is right up my ally.  They offer gently used fashionable items.  

I was really excited to see that Little Lavender offers a selection of clothing that was initially product samples.  These are high end styles that are sold for very reasonable.  They are in their Remember Nguyen line.  Everything in this line is very cute too.  I had fun browsing all of the adorable styles for kids.  They offer outfits for both girls and boys in the Remember Nguyen line.  They are all around $15 or less too!

I decided that I really liked the adorable dress you see pictured above.  This is a beautifully made dress.  It is currently sold out, but it retailed for just $14.95.  It is a very reasonable price for a gorgeous dress.  I am going to suggest that if you see something you like that you don't wait.  Many of the items in the Remember Nguyen line are limited in sizes.  So when they are gone, the deal is gone.
